For some reason I have lost my Twitter feed on Transforms. I have tried deactivating the widget, re-entering the settings, and having a new widget all together. My website is http://stopcocks.co.uk please help someone, I love this theme, but am at my wits end. I am not good with code, but am not totally code-phobic either. Thanks

You need to login with the account with which you purchased the theme and contact the author. Your account here displays no buyer badge and the author will need to verify purchase before they can offer support

It was bought by a third party on my behalf, so I don’t have those details. :(. Does this mean I should ask them to repair it? We’ve had a bit of a falling out and I really don’t want to depend on them anymore.

You could also buy a license for yourself and then you wouldn’t have to worry about contacting the other party again :)

There is a plugin called Jetpack made by Automattic that features a Twitter widget (and a bunch of other features), have you tried that?
