MacBook is a great thing, but….

I hate some of Apple’s users. I always get from them such emails:
1. I can’t open your AE template, what program do you use?
2. I can’t edit video in my iMovie!!!!!
3. All files in AE project are missing! Your project has bugs! – (actually, you need to extract zip archive, and only after that open project)
4. I can’t watch video-tutorial, I can’t open FLV format!
and so on….

Do you (/did you) have an SSD in your windows machine, if not saying a macbook with an SSD is more responsive than a PC without an SSD is misleading at best.
And so… it begins! :D

and here the first stone is thrown… :depressed:

All these points are not mac problems, as they are equally valid for windows, too. You are just basically saying that Mac Users are those “stupid” persons with those “silly” problems, which is nothing more than flaming.

Point number 3 is actually more a windows problem than mac. When you open a zip on mac, it unzips it all in a new folder by default, while windows shows it to you like a folder but in fact just opens the zip in explorer, without extracting it (and given the shown error).

Kind regards, Tobi

(running 3 windows 7 machines here, btw. Had a mac not long time ago)

I did not want to hurt anyone. Peace! :)
This is a war between two large companies. Not between us. If you want to be a soldier on this war it’s your choice not mine.
I only expressed my funny observations, that is all. And was hoping that you will laugh with me.

Mate, I saw the irony, seriously… Although I’m a Mac fan. Cheers.

I’d say I was more trying to play the role of the peace-keeper than a soldier :)

I’m starting to get a bit jealous about this post.

Reason why?

My MacBook Pro is 5 years old!

I want a new one too!!!
