No problems here. I tested in Firefox, Safari and Opera. You might ask the users to provide a more detailed description of the problem they’re having so you can determine if it’s an issue with the template or an issue the buyer has created.

No problems found in safari or firefox on mac osx 10.5.7 running firefox 3.5 and safari 4.0.2 – this must be a single user problem for some strange reason as I looked at the comments and see only one person stating an issue with the divider line on your menu system.
Your template is fine.

Yep. No problems on my end either.
thank you for your helps. i also agree with you, but i’m so sad that sales stopped when the comments are sent. Although 5 sales in the first day, no sales happened in last two days. what a bad luck

I suggest that posting something on your comments pointing to this forum and explaining that your template has been tested in ALL major browsers using both MAC and PC – no issues at all – then offer support for any individual issues that may or may not occur via your contact form on your profile – state that support is limited to your template as downloaded. Also just ask users to simply click the live preview to test for themselves prior to buying – that’s why it’s there.
Basically you need to put trust back in to the minds of the buyers. If a comment is inaccurate you may be able to get that comment removed by emailing support or the site manager – although not 100% sure on this.
I understand your pain – I often worry about unnecessary comments left by “potential” buyers that may harm future sales – it’s like being able to walk in to walmart and place notes on shelves telling other shoppers not to buy the items… just can’t be done – but right here people can do that and the author doesn’t have the power to remove them – unless, as I stated they are derogatory comments – just need to see if you can have inaccurate ones removed?
@jonathan01: i think you are absolutely right about it. I’m trying to do my best but however i started to be afraid of creating new theme altough i’ve got great design ideas.
