Looking for a Magento site, powered by data feeds. I would like shopping cart functionality removed and replaced with ‘buy it now’ button that would link through to the merchants store through the affiliate link.
Is this functionality available through an existing theme?

I don’t think you are looking for a Magento site. What you’re describing is just a collection of affiliate links. That’s not an eCommerce site. That could be done in WordPress alone or really with just plain HTML.
