Magento Theme - Need Feedback

I designed this theme to be developed for Magento. Would this be accepted on TF? Here’s a link to the homepage.

I don’t think it will be accepted by reviewers due to lack of details.

For example footer needs some premium details. it has no attractive details.

Thanks a lot. I actually kept the design simple on purpose. I may not develop this template. It’s not my style, I was trying to do it along the lines of another website. Not an exact copy of course, but the general idea is the same.
