Dear authors, I have a question here, we have a main plugin and the addon sell here. A buyer send us message who only bought the main plugin ( not including the addon ) asked supports for the addon plugin. He claimed that they work in team and his friend bought the addon.

If that was true ( his friend buy the addon) what will you do to the supports between the two users registered here?

Ask him to contact his friend and email you via PM from the account which purchased the item. This way you will see what he says it’s true or not, that’s how I proceed. Do not offer support without having a confirmation is my suggestion, you might lose your time as I did at the beginning.

Hi Pricop, thanks for the reply. Yes, that’ s a nice idea for always verify if the user bought it.

But, in this case, the addon plugin will not work without the main plugin. Let assumes, user A only purchased the main plugin, user B only purchased the addon plugin. User A asked supports for what user B have purchased.
