Man how time passes!

Well, I can’t say much about the paw-badges, because I clearly just wanted a paw, not as much as a specific color but now, I also got my “3-4 year” badge.

It’s been a lovely time and Envato has been a loving and caring community that made me come back for more, and that for quite a few years in a row.

Thank you everyone for that. I have seen a lot, both good and bad, but all in all what I’m left with is a constant feeling that things are changing for the better. I can only wish all the authors a sincere “Good luck!” with future items, sales, and generally improving their craft, and an even more inviting “Enjoy!” to the buyers who keep the authors motivated and this community spinning.

As for the staff, it is of great pride to me somehow to see your ranks growing constantly. It makes your work in the past seem like an even bigger achievement, as you were doing it with less human resources (ok, there were also less items and authors and buyers and and and, but still).
Yes, there have been quirks, bad days, bugs, issues, and whatnot… but in my humble opinion, that’s what makes this community great after all. We’ve all been to hell and back, hated and cursed at each other some time in the past, only to eventually end up forming friendships and if not, at least decent connections with like-minded individuals.

That being said, I wish you all a great remainder of the year, and even bigger chances and success for many years to come.
