As someone who has affiliate experience your current affiliate package is pretty poor.A one off payment. Using affiliates can be very powerful,but it only works if the package is right.No ongoing commission for further sales is why I have not become involved personally.

I would say most of your customers are middlemen,they simply edit the files,so realistically they are not going to bring alot of new clients and this is understandable.

By having a good affiliate package you’ll actually reduce your advertising budget considerably.Looking at the figures higher % of your sales are 50\50 with the author giving you a lot of scope to come up with a decent affiliate package. 20% of the first deposit and 10% of all future deposits would be far more attractive.
