Aw… remember that thousands of buyers joining last week alone. So being new buyer doesn’t mean they can’t share frustration. The issue is not common and only happens to rare users, still this can affect their business. I guess the frustration is directly related to the speed of official support response too, so lets not interfere with buyer response.
The limit is actually good business practice more than bad, as it prevents all sorts of malicious behavior and potential damage.
