No issues here, Safari OS X . Looks like it’s an issue with your browser and Javascript as the on hover items aren’t showing for you either. Are you sure Javascript is enabled in your browser? 
Yes, javascript is enabled on my browser. I tried on all my browsers and cleared cache too.

Maybe disable all plugins, quit everything, restart, and try again? Worth a shot to see if it’s a plugin or something of that nature messing with your browser behavior.
Yeah…restarted my system too. Actually my PC prompted for restart because of a system update. I’m running all latest browsers.
