I found an issue that probably affects the entire marketplace, not just my account, so I just wanted to point it out!

When I go into my “downloads” page and click the license type link, not the license itself, many items return broken links because they are relative to the site your account is from.

So for example:

I recently just purchased a logo from GraphicRiver, however when I click the link it returns:

http://audiojungle.net/licenses/logo
It should be: http://graphicriver.net/licenses/logo

Or

If I click a photo license type it takes me to: http://audiojungle.net/licenses/photo
It should be: http://photodune.net/licenses/photo

I just tried this and can confirm this also happens for me. I think it must be a recent change as I was able to download them a few days ago.

I could be wrong, but I don’t how this is a major problem considering the fact that the sites are tightly integrated. And as cloud9 said, it’s probably because you’re checking through audiojungle.

Oh yeah of course, but it would be strange to need to be on each marketplace to view it’s license type page.

It doesn’t make much sense for me or anyone to need to go to graphic river first and then go to my downloads and then click the link if a logo was purchased for example.

The links should not be relative to the site you are on, they should point directly to the marketplace where the page is located.

You should send in the support ticket and tweet it with your ticket # . Support responds way faster this way than the usual.

Hey Sherman, thanks man :)

I actually did that a few weeks back actually and they didn’t answer back haha. I think it’s because the issue is a very complex one. It’s all good now though, it’s in the works of being sorted out.
