Hi everyone,

On Monday the 10th at 8:00AM (AEDT) we’ll be upgrading our Marketplaces to Rails 3. To find out more, please read the Notes post.

We don’t expect there to be any issues or interruptions. However, as it’s a major upgrade there may be some problems. We will be updating this post with the issues we are aware of and working on.

If you notice an issue that isn’t in the list below, please contact support with as much detail as possible (including screenshots) and we’ll fix it asap. :bigsmile:

Update: We’re live with Rails 3 now!

Known issues:

  • “Too many redirects” browser error for some users fixed
  • “Mark all as read” in author dashboard points to a 404 error page fixed
  • Some emails are poorly formatted (reports over the weekend too) fixed
  • API documentation is a 404 page not found error fixed
  • Sorting items in an author’s portfolio doesn’t work fixed
  • User hover menu playing up a little bit fixed
  • “New Items” links on home pages are not loading properly fixed
  • A few content pages, like “Getting Started” are causing errors on 3dOcean only fixed

After this great upgrade I’m sure you’re ready to improve the marketplaces to a new level based on our constant feedback!

New issue! I can’t edit and update the any recent post
I click edit -> update, but nothing happens.

I’m having an issue; one of my files was up for approval today. I had 3 in the queue; and one disappeared (the one that was just about to be reviewed). So naturally I went to check my e-mail, portfolio, etc. But for the past 4 hours…nothing. It’s not in the review queue anymore, and it’s nowhere else either. It just disappeared. Could this be related to the upgrade?
