Massive Preview Image?

Since when are you allowed to have a giganto preview image? o.O

Saw it on an other item too!

Since they did the big Item page design change. It just takes the first image in your preview image ZIP and shrinks it to the proper width, but doesn’t crop the height I don’t think.

Can we get an official answer? Maybe a bigger height can help us authors to get more in there about the theme

I, at least, have the same information you do (none but my observations). I suppose it’s possible this was announced at some point – if so, I missed it as well. I think your best bet is to contact support for an official answer. The people in-the-know about these things (aka the staff) aren’t necessarily going to see this otherwise, so I expect it’ll be more efficient to just ask directly

Don’t worry, there’s no big conspiracy here.

It seems to be a bug where the system ignores the inline preview and instead uses the first screenshot. I’ve notified the devs about this issue and a fix should be on the way

Just playin’ man. I was just pointing out how you guys pounce on any thread that goes even remotely rogue but when something fishy is going on behind the scenes, you’re nowhere to be found.

And as everyone very well knows, support doesn’t answer non-vital queries too quickly so asking the community as a whole usually brings some answers. Who knows, maybe I didn’t get the memo and it’s already old news?
