I wrote support earlier and am freaking out because it processed on the 14th (by e-mail) but still hasn’t paid anything into the account 
. Something for sure is wrong.

No, no response yet. So I am guessing it just naturally arrived after some sort of delay. It’s very weird that it would be still on your account page though
