May I use this icons ?

I downloaded icons from site : http://iconeden.com/icon/milky-a-free-vector-iconset.html . I red License Agreement but I`m still not sure . Could You help me with that. There is no information about using icons in templates . What do You think , guys ? May I use these icons in my templates ? Thanks .

Since this icon set was already used multiple times in templates here I guess the answer is yes =)

Best practice of course is to always ask the icon creator for permission

I send mail to the author of these icons but didn`t get answer.

The icons can be used royalty-free by the license for any personal or commercial project including web application, web design, software application, mobile application, documentation, presentation, computer game, advertising, film, video.
