ups, i have a problem, my wp 3.0 html output has some strage things i didn´t see and… what you think?

For example, i have many scripts and styles enqueued on the wp_head(), those things appears like:

<link rel='stylesheet'....

Notice the single ’ cuote, and not as always:

<link rel="stylesheet"

with double “

So, by the way validator tells me that some character \x78 or similar is no utf compilant and well, not valid doc. But this happens only on w3c online tool, with my Html Validator Firefox plugin, Valid 100%.

So, what´s this? any ideas about double and single coutes on the html ?
