Hello, i bought MediaFANS social media scrips from the codecanyon here and i would like to have some changes made into it, 1.Taking out the GIF,photo uploading option and adding music. 2.right now the website only allow to add links to videos, i would like to allow users to upload their videos. 3.the websites default theme isnt working, i have been emailing the team who made it about 6-7 times now, and i’ve been getting half answers or no answers at all and im tired of it so i need that fixed too. 4.i want a new themes created for the MediaFANS script, different then the default one.

Budget:100$

When you say the ‘website default theme’ – what does not work exactly?

I am not sure that you quite understand the complexity of making those changes. Allowing the script to support music and video upload is a task in itself but also where is this video going to be hosted? How big is the storage on where the site will be hosted?!!

$100 would not be enough for any decent developer to even make one of those changes let alone get involved in coding themes for it too.

Good luck in your search

what i mean is that the script of MediaFan that i bought come with a default theme, backgrounds icons buttons etc, and only the background shows on the website and the buttons shows as a missing picture icon like in any other website where a picture has been removed.

i already own a web hosting services, along with a domain, i have already had a free scrip installed such as clipbucket and it worked great, i was able to upload videos music and photos, which is part of the web hosting service.

i got unlimited amount of storage, and will be upgrading to VPS as the website prograss but no reason to buy a VPS when i have no script to have the website run on to… right? anyway i am..pretty sure, the size of storage on the web hosting has nothing to do with the script besides the fact that its either going to allow uploading videos or not and how many videos it will actually let it upload is another case, and if a service has a small storage space you can always just have a sharing links of videos option on the script like MediaFANS already have BUT i want to be able to upload a video since the service is allowing me to do so and this is what i want to do.

i was hoping 100$ will be enough to get someone to work this out but if not its ok, i’ll wait a few days anyway see if anything comes up.

Fair enough and we do wish you luck.

for what it’s worth – if I upload a video to a site (not just sharing a link) then that video has to sit and be stored somewhere e.g. back end of the site – now if you have a lot of members all uploading videos (like a smaller YouTube) and assuming most cameras etc shoot in HD now so clips will be anything from 25MB up to a lot then that is going to require a LOT of storage – just something to consider.

the missing theme elements like icons sounds pretty straight forward and seems bit bizarre if the demo is working on CC.

the uploading thing really need to look at how the script functions but just uploading is not really a big issue but applying this to a directory of members makes life a lot more complicated.

Anyway good luck getting it sorted.

I replied with prices broken down with the list of features..

As Mr.Charlie said :

“now if you have a lot of members all uploading videos (like a smaller YouTube) and assuming most cameras etc shoot in HD now so clips will be anything from 25MB up to a lot then that is going to require a LOT of storage”

I replied with detailed solution that how can we use YOUTUBE as STORAGE..

Video will be uploaded from your site , will be shown on your site , will be played on your site , will be inside your own PLAYER with logo but it will be stored on youtube … ;)
