Really you need to email the author but given the simplicity of this – in WP menus move the item you want as a sub item slightly to the right and you will see it sits slightly off center to the right in the list and not directly below the item above.
Save the menu and it will be a sub category

I know very well in general use the menus and sub menu in word press.
Simply move the emotionally pignation child in the mother page in the widget menu.
But if I wrote it precisely because it does not work. With your Theme (kinsize) and it works with other themes.
