Here is the png what they used. i dont tink so it would come from any stock site LOL.
You can try Patterno to create something like this. Its possible to throw elements, rotate, even blur then the program calculate for you the seamless arrangement.

Strange i can not put the link here… but you can find with “inspect elements”
