There should be an option to purchase the item without a minimum deposit for $16.
The $14 is a discounted price for those who place a minimum deposit if they wish to purchase multiple files.

Hello KlartextNE, you are not forced to deposit $20. You can pay $14 for your item (+$2 fee) which is a total of $16.
