I have an important question
Now we have a product in its initial release was hosted by $10, for example,
The product comes in another version improved significantly more were added features of this product to be better than the first release much I do not mean Theme I mean add software or software project as an example

The second question
Can you put a product in Version 1
When second Version announcing another product Version 2 holds the hope that it will be evaluated calories higher than the first Version

I can say I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the fact the group has chosen to not send a reminder to users when their funds/credits are about to expire. I’ve been a user for approximately 5 years now, and in the past had received notifications of credits that would expire. Right now, I do feel a bit abused to know that $50 was basically taken from my account. In these current economic times, it’s just brutal and not the best from a customer service perspective. It’s one thing to have sent reminders in the past, and then all of a sudden you don’t get them anymore.

Honestly, how much effort does it take to send an email message as a notification? It’s not any more time consuming than running a query to determine everyone who has a credit balance remaining for 12 months.

I’m extremely disappointed in this policy and I would love to know how much money you all made from this “sweep”. Simply not pleased with this action at all – especially given the number of years purchasing items from this site.

- Does PhotoDune allow us to download our own product for free? Let’s suppose I have lost a high-resolution file into my HD and I want to take it back by downloading from PhotoDune. If I can’t buy my own product, can I have it back for free in such case?
You can download all your items by going to your portfolio page on the marketplace where you have the item you want to download. But I see that the download link on photodune portfolio doesn’t give you the high resolution file but the “Large” version only

As I already said I had exactly that problem yesterday as I was with a client, I was searching this download button as I could remember I already downloaded one of my graphicriver files some time ago, but I absolutely couldn’t find it. Now that you again told me about that button I searched again and really found it after some time. But it’t quite good hidden, first of all you have to switch your portfolio view to list mode. If you don’t know that the button exist you might not find it. But in my case, as you also said, the download button wouldn’t have solved my problem, as I needed the full resolution file, not the very much smaller “Large” Version I can get by the download button: I was with my client to talk about a current project as she suddenly mentioned an idea she has for an upcoming project. I wanted to show her my 170 megapixel panorama shot as an example (even it my original file is even bigger, but JPG files are limited to 30,000 pixels…), but of course I didn’t have this file with me, but I have it here, on photodune… I couldn’t download it wirh full resolution (even if I found the download button I could only get the “large” file format, which is much to small compared with a 170 megapixel file… If my client wouldn’t have asked for a meeting on friday to discuss the new project separately the only possibility in that case would have been to buy my own file…

Maybe this issue should be solved so that there’s no more necessity to buy your own files on photodune if you should need one of your files in full resolution again…

And maybe the possibility to buy the own products should be wiped out completely by replacing the “buy” button on the product page when somebody is viewing his own product through a download button, where it is much more easy to find as it is now.
