please advise someone i have just bought the FreshShop theme but it has no style.css and will not install.

I followed the method in the video link and still got this error:
Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template. Name Description freshshop_v1.6 Stylesheet is missing.
