I have Window Resizer noted above for quick checks on dimensions but it seems to have slowed the browser down a bit when I’m just resizing for other purposes.
Its not relly what im looking for.. as im developing my site with the WP touch plugin. If I remember there was a application, just like a browser that i could install on my PC. I see it in some of the tutorials here..
Please help

You may not be using a mac… but for everyone else that finds this thread if you need to test iPad/iPhone sites and you have a mac download Xcode from the app store or developers.apple.com install it then go to Mac HD -> Developer -> Platforms -> iPhoneSimulator.platform -> Applications -> iOS Simulator…. it works and functions like the physical device and if you work on a local server you can go to whatever the address is in safari(localhost..etc) you can simulator pinch/zoom by holding down the command + option keys
