I will be using 2 pictures of people in my upcoming theme but I will only use them for the demo.

The download files will contain blank images (buyers will be notified about this)

Do I still need to upload a Model Release form and if yes where do I get one? I looked everywhere on TF with no success.

Thanks

Better to use some “public domain” photos.

I agree. It’ll be much easier to use stock photos.

Guys, the photos are mine so unless there’s a chance of me suing myself, I don’t thnk using those 2 images will be a problem ;)

My question then still is:

Do I still need to upload a Model Release form and if yes where do I get one? I looked everywhere on TF with no success.

Does this mean that no one knows for sure?

Hi Srhnbr, You can download a model release here: http://activeden.net/faq/usage#q7

It really needs an update and that’s happening right now, but for now you can use the downloadable word doc. Just mention in the reviewer notes that you have a model release and you took the shots yourself, and if they need to review it at some point you will be contacted via support to provide it.

We will be working on a better way to do this very soon, but for now I hope that helps! :-)
