Modify WordPress template to include custom CSS nav menu (PAID) - URGENT

My website is http://www.smbnetworks.com.au/ , using the template Sansation. CSS : http://www.smbnetworks.com.au/wp-content/themes/Sansation/cool_blue.css

Sansation initially came with a drop-down type menu, however I want to have a drop-line type. Something like this: http://www.smbnetworks.com.au/source/index.html

I started to work on it but now I am stuck (my skills are average).

I am after someone who can implement such menu in my website. And I need this done urgently.
