I was wondering if its possible to get my money back for a purchased theme?
I’m not sure, but what’s wrong with it?
Good question. (Thinking probably not.)
If there is something wrong with the file then contact the author first. If it cannot be resolved then a refund may be possible by contacting support but you need to have a pretty good reason.
Very often most problems can be resolved between the buyer and seller

highly doubt there is a refund as it is digital goods.
sure it was said before in an old thread. cant remember exactly.

yeah unless the file is actually broken then afraid not really, you cant return items here if you’ve changed your mind and dont like them…
The difference in refunds for a place like FlashDen or ThemeForest and places like retail stores is that if you return the item at a retail store, you are returning a physical good, that’s why you’ll get a refund just because you changed your mind. But on here I could just buy, download, say I changed my mind and still have the goods. That’s a no go.
If something is genuinely broken or doesn’t do what it says it does then first contact the author. If the author doesn’t help then go to ThemeForest support to turn in the author for having a broken file, and they’ll either fix it for you, or refund you, and action will be taken against the author. KEEP IN MIND that this is only for a broken file! Not for support on a file! Authors have no obligation to support you in your usage of the file, nor does ThemeForest.
there would never be a refund because someone can buy something, make a copy and ask for a refund, thus not having a refund. You can only seek help from the authors in any problems you may encounter.

Of course unless the file does not work as advertised, then the user is entitled to have it fixed, or get a refund

As many of the other said, we will only refund your money if the item you purchased was not as described. Due to the nature of digital goods, it must be this way, unfortunately.
Your best option is to contact the author if you’re having trouble. Though not required, most of them are extremely helpful when working with buyers.
