Money Management (income and expenditure)

Hi All, i have been looking everywhere in themeforest and think i have finally given up. I am looking for a script or a solution to manage my income and expenditure etc. Just in brief

1. I want to record all my income 2. record all my expenditure e.g hosting, themes i buy etc 3. I host a couple of websites on my VPS and i want a reminder for the payment due date. I realise that i forget quite a lot and some people end up getting free hosting. 4. I would like a report of how much i make in a month.

i purchased Clivo but doesn’t seem to have a lot of finance information. Does anyone know an open source software for a MAC i can download or does anyone have something like that in their portfolio.

I have just created an account but they only take American Bank Holders. i am actually French. Thanks for the suggestion.
