Mosaic Wordpress Theme is not working properly.

hello, I have just purchased the mosaic wordpress theme, There are many bugs in mosaic theme…. first thing it is not updated version that i downloaded….current version is 1.0 at download time….... and when i update it then whole theme design and functions get changed. Can someone help me understand what is happening please? and how can i fix these issues?

Also, in the admin panel and front end after i try inserting images for home page…... it is not working.

I am using latest version of Wordpress 3.4.2, Php 5.3.9 and MySql 5.5.20
