do you code with the mouse? :D lol
I believe that if he was debugging for IE6 , he would have just one large spot – from hitting the mouse in the desk. :D

hahahaah lol :D

Hehe, this is me after an hour and a half debugging a script I’m working on…
do you code with the mouse? :D lol
Oh, you think you are cool, huh?! Show us yours to see how it must be done… :P

lol, an hour and a half coding my mouse barely moves, his screen was almost entirely black lol :P

So… you can write a code from top to bottom with minimum mouse movement because you already know what is there to write and you don’t go back for updates or debugging .. and you work in a single tab. Is that it? :)
Can’t believe that. :P

That is why i like this thing.. it shows if you move the mouse too much in some areas, and probably indicates where you should use keyboard shortcuts…

You guys crack me up :P Ive seen an app that tracks mouse movement before, but not like this, this ones cool. What I had a few years back tracked the mount of meters (well, kilometers :P) of mouse movement, as well as keystrokes. At the end of the day, you could see your total amount of clicks, scrolls, movement en keystrokes, which was very cool to see, but rather useless in my opinion. Still funny to know though hehe

You can operate a PC mostly without the mouse, sure things like graphic work need the mouse but coding is keyboard input, you can toggle programs with ALT -TAB and toggle tabs with CTRL -TAB or CTRL -SHIFT-TAB and if you know the shortcuts for your IDE then you can open / create files and debug stuff easily… why do you need the mouse for debugging?

FlashDevelop is FULL of keyboard shortcuts :)

Hahaha… That’s happened to me on several occasions although I tend to just shout abuse at my screen. My poor screen’s seen it’s fair shair of mental torment, if it were a person it would have low self-esteem issues :D

Lol, I don’t code with my mouse :D … it’s mostly from checking documentation, closing windows, opening new ones, changing the options in xampp (trying to set up the damn mail function in php on windows, not realising the xampp package doesn’t support SSL encryption to smtp servers, then finding out I needed an extra program and then remembering php is balls at detecting mime types for anything other than images, so I had to come up with another solution… the plot thickens :P ) and stuff like that, but I suppose I am a bit of a twitchy f**ker with the mouse at times. I’ll be the first to admit, it does look like I might have had a stroke or something in the middle of my debugging… some of them movements, especially on the right are quite alarming! :(

What about 10 tabs and 10 windows?

Debugging: How do you go with the keyboard at line 734, character 205? 7 Page Down’s, and 30 seconds holding the right arrow key?
Stop making only preloaders :P :)
