(Locked) Move the Reply Button to the right position!

@ KingDog — Anybody with a half-decent JS foundation could make the “Reply” button and its form appear in a logical place. Authors (myself included) are increasingly frustrated and hostile toward Envato for ignoring basic usability on the marketplaces.

When I started out here, I loved Envato — but that support has faded because Envato has not reciprocated. Sure, the sales keep flowing but Envato simply hasn’t made our job as authors easier over the last two years. I mark that as a failure.

I can’t remember the last time Envato introduced a feature of its own accord that wasn’t frivolous (i.e. reordering forum badges). Meanwhile we’re begging for fixes only to be rebuffed with: “Let me ask the devs. They’re very busy.”

Do or do not. There is no try.

We don’t forget, and I wager more than a few authors are wondering if Envato will be the best marketplace to sell their products in the future. For the record, I really hope it turns around.

Would you mind wireframing up the exact change or going into a little bit more detail to avoid any confusion? If it’s as simple as I hope it is, I’ll make sure it gets done, sounds like it’s been frustrating for a lot of folks!

Thanks for chime in Justin! Nice to see a developer contribute to our discussions. It’s so important to listen to authors and buyers voices!

Ok, thanks everyone. We’ve quickly discussed it, I get it, we’re adding a ticket to track it, and we’ll try to get to it soon. I don’t think we’ll go with this exact change, but I we can sort this out. Hopefully it won’t take too long, but we’re mid way through some heavy lifting that has to come first.
