Multilingual wordpress theme

Hi guys, could you please help me ? I’m looking for a multilingual theme like Chromatique. Do you know whether there is one ? If no, do you know how I can translate an english theme italian ? Thanks a lot

I can translate it but it will take 3 days to translate for that i will use google translate.

I didn’t choose the theme yet but I’ll probably choose Bamboo. To change the lange, do you modify the php files ?
