Multiple extended Licenses

I have this question from an potential buyer.

I recieved a mail again:

...our radtool creates third party cloud applications and this applications can be created by the people who use our developer, so the can take his applications, so we want to use this skin, we think its perfect for us, so the question is if we can take a license for your company in order to not apply this (A) clausule because our radtool creates applications.

The clause (a) of the extended license says:

(a) Your use of the Work is limited to a single application.

So how we can go around this?

As mentioned in the other post:

I think that is a measure so they do not get problems with legal issues or something. So try to contact them.

It shouldn’t be a problem Xaver, I think the Extended License covers this.

Ok I’ve contacted support. Hope there is a solution…
