Also, fonts on http://www.fontsquirrel.com/ are alright to use, right? I just have to link to them and not include them in the downloadable file, correct?
I am working on my first PSD template to sell on Theme Forest. Does anyone recommend some good icon sets that can be used in a TF PSD template before? Maybe ones you have used in the past?
I have tried looking around but not having luck with something that can be resold in a PSD template.
I found http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2010/04/15/the-ultimate-free-web-designer-s-icon-set-750-icons-incl-psd-sources/ which is nice and it says “You can use the set for all of your projects for free and without any restrictions. You can freely use it for both your private and commercial projects, including software, online services, templates and themes. The set may not be resold, sublicensed, rented, transferred or otherwise made available for use. Please link to this article if you would like to spread the word.” So I think that means I can’t use it becuase putting it in my PSD template would count as reselling or sublicensed. Is that correct?
Thanks for the help!

You can freely use it for both your private and commercial projects, including software, online services, templates and themes. ... yes you can use them its talking about the icons directly(like if you tried to submit them to graphics river by them self)

you’ll have to read the license for each font you want to use there all just a little different
