If you have lodged a support ticket everything should be on track, sometimes there are many support requests and the support team may take a little while to get back to you. in that case stay patient. If you are in need of urgent support, you can tweet @envato_support. I will make sure someone checks into this, but in future please do not use the forums to manage support requests.
