My most popular wordpress theme on themeforst “OurAgency” with more then 120 sales is gone???
[SOFT DISABLED ] is says and i’ve got an approval on a update last week so nothing is in my upload queue
What happend, i still can see the theme but it’s Hidden for some reason. Could any staff please take a look at this and solve this issue.

Hein I would send an email to JeffreyWay he’s Themeforests site manager or shoot a mail over to support. Either way it may be faster than hanging around waiting on the forums.

In all seriousness, there could be a simple explanation such as your update doesn’t validate, or something along the lines.

And just on the day the 70% commission’s is active my theme is completely gone 
, without giving me any reason, i’ve done all the thing i was asked to do.
Sorry for posting this again here but this file has not been available for my buyers for 2 days now.
