Different headers, and menus. Different colors (They are not the same orange). Different footers (Sensational has got a full footer block). Different sidebars. Different fonts. Sensational is responsive, yours is not.
I don’t think they have copied you (and the CSS code is different too), maybe they were inspired by your theme (although it can happen they did never see it).

They like to be “heavily inspired” by others works. Check this design http://edumicro.deviantart.com/art/Magnovus-296023761 which I converted to WordPress in co-operation with Edumicro (it’s here for sale) and their “theme” [link removed by staff] ... From code point of view both themes have nothing in common, they just took his design, made it ugly and created a theme.
Even their website is copied from woo, c’mon..

Themeforest disable my item by their copies.

Send a DMCA letter to themeshop and see how they respond. Changing few colors here and there doesn’t give them the ‘inspiration’ alibi.

Your creation was on or before March 26th, 2012 where theres states April 30th 2012…
