I haven’t seen any similarities to another themes here. Yes, structure and font family were the same, but in that case we can remove 80% of WP themes and keep only top sellers

I looked in my bookmarks but didnt find your theme, and looked in my email to check your user name but couldnt search that out, and after that I wanted to post a question for your theme, but found your thread here.
I am quite impressed with your theme, and I dont know how it could be copies. I really felt that it was quite unique work. Hope to see your theme back soon with same interesting style.

I agree with the similarities between the top seller, the web firm website and the wp-avatar theme… I personally find the design of the wp-avatar more a in between of both.I like better wp-avatar then the top seller but that is just me, and I like better the web firm site then the wp-avatar one. But I find they are all different, similar but different.

WHO COPIED WHO ?We got it.
Imagine you copy CocaCola’s logo, but put it on a fresh, new, greenish bottle, filled with a completely different liquid. You’ve copied it enough to make it a copyright infringement. The same pretty much applies to themes.
The keyword here is “COPY” obviously in that case yes I totally agree. But I think in this case of the wp-avatar they are similar but not copied. Like in the 3 themes I posted.
