From what I can tell, the reviewer has simply asked you to provide more detailed documentation on how to install your theme properly. Since this all likely came about due to a customer complaint, that’s probably a good thing so that you’ll avoid customer confusion in the future. :)
thanks for your comment, i provided an easy to understand but detailed description of the installation in the provided docs but the reviewer insists on her claim. is there any way to make them reviewed by another themeforest reviewer? Regards,
dropletz @ I am very sorry to hear that two of your items has been removed. But to be honest I think may be there are some problems. I can tell you that once I published a template and checked every thing was fine. But one of my buyer told me that he failed to install it. I had doubt that he was doing everything according to the documentation file. Then again another buyer told me the same thing. Then I was really afraid how it is possible! I checked them twice thrice in my PC but found no issues. Then I thought that may be my two buyers are really new to Joomla! CMS that’s why they failed and failed because if i am wrong then why I don’t see any issues while installing it on my own PC. Then again I got another sell and the same thing happened. That mean my this buyer too told me he failed to install the template. Then I was 100% sure that something was really fishy. I thought and thought again what common thing my all buyers did that i didn’t? Then I was excited saying EUREKA ! EUREKA! like Archimedes. Yes I found out my fault. Do you want to know what it was? I always package my product with Quckstart package, after installing it buyers will get a site same as the demo with demo contents and another file is just the stand alone “template itself”. My three buyers tried to install the stand alone “template itself” rather than installing the “Quickstart” but every time I checked the Quckstart package only and avoided the “Stand alone template” . Then I sit front of my PC and began installing the “template itself” without any quickstart package and found that my buyers were right. Then I fixed it quickly and re-uploaded it and from then not a single issue on installing my buyers faced. I am telling all these to you because I think may be something like this happening to your item also. Because I think the honorable reviews are very experienced. Sometimes when they reject our items we feel bad and think that why they have rejected it , it is all fine! But when we fix the issues according to their recommendation then always our items get better and better and we realize what great knowledge they have on building and designing themes, this is the reason they are our reviewer. Because I think they know more than us specially on designing. Anyway I think please recheck your item , every piece of part that you submitted don’t make fault like me that I did , I already told you about it. I think after reviewing your item and fixing the issue according to the saying by the honorable reviewer your item will be on the market place in no time , it is my belief. I always like your designs since the very first day you submitted your first item on Themeforest but first time talking with you. Bye and take care. Thank you friend. :)
