Hello.
Yesterday I received an email from my buyer (thanks Bianca van de Poel) about that stolen my template:
[Links removed – Forum Rules]
What steps should I do? Who should have deal with this?
Best Regards.
P.S. I think I have to recieve the funds earned from the sale of the item and Themeforest have to remove the item from the marketplace.
1) Other than maybe the concept, the two templates are totally different
2) You’re not allowed to post any links to other items or authors
” I think I have to recieve the funds earned from the sale of the item ”
These two templates are different
Totally different, other than the niche and probably some of the effects, they’re totally different
Hello. Look source code CSS and HTML .
Best Regards.
Please offer respect to your fellow users, staff, and moderators and refrain from personal attacks, calling out another user and/or their item, and refrain from posting copyright accusations on the forums. If threads become personal or heated towards a user, reviewer, or staff member the thread will be locked/removed and further actions may be taken. This includes calling out specific items or authors on the marketplaces, which will not be tolerated.

Please contact support regarding your issue.
And btw: For my taste it is a bit too much of a copy. Seems that both templates have the same source code, using same plugins (scrollbar, lightbox,...) and same effects on some parts. Only the newer one is with Win8 Style…
