Guys, I believe some of you has experienced pain in wrists because of typying on uncofortable keyboard / using bad mouse. If not, lucky you but I am and I’ve decided to buy something better tham my standart keyboard / mouse.
So I’m choosing now between Microsoft’s Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 and Kinesis Freestyle. Any suggestions there?
As for mouse, I really don’t know here because the only mouse I’ve found here is Natural Wireless Laser Mouse 6000. Any suggestion on this topic? How are vertical mouses in using?
Also, maybe someone could recommend any additional devices like wrist trainer or something like this?
Thanks in advance, any input is appreciated.

I’m in the same boat. Too long at the computer and I start getting a sore wrist. I’ve gotten into the habit of wearing a basic wrist support whenever I’m at the computer since I found most keyboards and mouse supports didn’t really cut it.
With the wrist bandage on I notice a lot less wrist strain when the day is done.

+1 – Best mouse you can get… well worth the money.
Logitech illuminated keyboard, besides glowing in the dark it’s also great for typing
One of the best I’ve had (and I changed a lot).

On the mouse issue I believe there are better choices but I’m very happy with Razer Lachesis – strange mouse, takes a lot of getting used to, but my hand does hurt less, even after very long gaming sessions

Oh yeah, I use the apple keyboard both at work and at home (I have a pc). I love how thin it is. This way you don’t have to lift your fingers to much

Has anyone tried the microsoft arc mouse ? Looks very comfortable but I haven’t got the chance to touch it.
