You can use all the money in the world on expensive mouses/keyboard, but really all that matters is, how you handle it, and how your arms/hands/shoulder is placed on the table.

Those are some factors, but the mouse and keyboard shape are important as well, if it wasn’t all those expensive keyboards and mouse wouldn’t exist. :)

A friend of mine gave me the MS 4000 keyboard as a present and it was nice to test. It’s comfortable when you get used to it, but I do use different notebooks and PCs often so it’s hard to switch both styles.

Currently I do use wrist wraps for both hands (for the last 4 years) and it feels fine. I have a pair of gloves connected with a leather to the wrists as well, they fit well too.

So you agree that all those companies that manufacture keyboards and mouses expend a lot of money into ergonomics of the devices just for fun ? no my friend, they do matter, and matter a lot.

My RSI got so bad that I had to stop working a decade ago. Until I started using the ANIR Mouse, after a week I could work normal again and have been without problems ever since. God-gift

I use the Logitech Performance Mouse MX. Love it :) http://www.logitech.com/nl-nl/mice-pointers/mice/devices/5845
+1 – Best mouse you can get… well worth the money. :)

I don’t agree ;) For a little more money you have the Cyborg R.A.T 9 which is VERY comfortable. The idea is that you can change and adjust everything to fit your hand. http://www.cyborggaming.com/prod/rat9.htm . Yes, it’s meant to be a gaming mouse, but it’s the best mouse and most comfortable mouse I’ve ever had. Well worth the money ;)
