Names used in templates

What about names I use in my projects ? Can I use names of real sites in internet ? I always use CreativeBusiness for title and name of my templates/designs . I checked it in google . There is a site and firm called CreativeBusiness . They are owners of copyrights . So can I use this name in my template ? Just like here :

I’m pretty sure the name CreativeBusiness is fine for your template. I’m sure if you submitted a template called “Adobe” you may have a problem, especially if that template resembled their website at all, but something as general as “CreativeBusiness” should be fine.
