Need 25 pages website + business ID pack + two flyers ASAP!

Hi,

I am looking for an experienced designer/developer to create a new website for my start-up business (IT managed services).

I have counted the need for 25 pages, no flash intro, but some picture scrolling on the front page. No CMS needed.

I also want it to be SEO optimized and may look at some ongoing SEO maintenance plan if you are good at it.

Besides this I also need a logo, business card, letter head, A4 presentation folder, A3 tr-fold brochure and A5 flyer.

Looking to spend up to $1500 AUD paid in four equal installments. I have all the content ready to go, as well as a structured map of all the pages needed and features.
