Need a Crowdfunding Wordpress theme coded.

I have created layered PSD design files for a site I need developed. It would need to have both front end coding as well as backend user access. If you have done something like this before please let me know and show me samples of your work. If you are unclear as to what all would be going into the themes coding, just check out kickstarter.com for a pretty good idea.

My two main requests would be to make it Responsive and with a Drag & Drop Page Builder so that we can have options on every page of how to set up our own style of Crowdfunding website. Colors, backgrounds, etc should be able to be customized any way you like. Anyone else have some MUST HAVE features for this Wordpress Crowdfunding Theme?

I was considering building a wordpress based crowdfunding website using PageLines or HeadWay as framework. The difference is that supporters would contribute by SMS .

HeadWay and PageLines allow for unlimited modules positions which in my opinion is great feature for cloning an existing website. In addition they are responsive.

I am not a programmer but managed to create more or less the same layout as kickstarter while manipulating HeadWay. So, I guess a coder could use any of these 2 tools to build up a wordpress crowdfunding website.
