Need a plugin installed correctly on theme

Need this installed correctly so that 9 items show and perform correctly .

Please let me know rates and turn around time.

I’ve been able to get the short codes to show up but to get this to perform correctly it calls for editing the php files and I don’t quite have the time to do this.
