Need a template for a tennis league site

I’m starting a local public league (actually several leagues) and I have no idea what to look for here. I need a way to display schedules/ results page, standings, a registration form, and I don’t want a slider. I’ll also need to be able to update it regularly. Can someone recommend a template for me?
