Need a Theme with full screen width "custom" header and footer

I need to find a theme with a header that I can insert a custom image but stretches the entire width of the screen. It also needs a footer that I can select the color and have it stretch the entire width as well. The content, navigation bar and slider should be a normal blog type width, 900 to 1200 pixels. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You can try this theme, it has background uploaders for each section.

Do you know if you can upload a header image of your own? Also, can the slider be changed to a picture running the full blog content width and fade instead of slide?
