Need a web designer

I want to code a dating website here in Canada

It’s going to be a multi language dating website ( french and english )

I don’t have alot of money right now, I can give approx 100-200$ for the whole design but its going to be a job for you also.

Or if you want to have a % on the company, im good with that….

I can do everything except the design and coding it in html, when its in html, I do the rest…
