Need an exellent designer to work with me (50/50)

I hope that you accept me as a member of this community. Let me introduce myself, I am Ahmed, I am WordPress developer and coder, I start this topic looking for someone with exellent design sense and touch. I have developed premium wordpress themes for years now, you can see them at: http://deluxethemes.com/

I want to add an elegant and very creative touch to the themes, I know there are great designers out there.

So my offer is that I want to find someone who can work with me, share the earnings 50/50, provide me everything in design mode PSD of every bit of the theme, and give me the space to code every part (I can do the coding part perfect already). I just need the someone who has infinite imagination and deliver the design in PSD format so I can code it.

I developed mostly Newspaper/magazine themes, but recently I made SofaShare which is content sharing theme, and I will be open to any idea as long as it is creative and profitable at the same time.

If you think you can do good with me, please let me know. As I said, my intention is to share the earnings, I will do the coding, and you’ll do the designs (PSD/images/icons..)
