Although I use Wordpress, I lean pretty heavily on the theme that I currently use – so please excuse my illiteracy. I’m looking to construct (or download/purchase) code that will allow me to present several questions to a user, then based on the collection of answers they’ve chosen, I want to be able to direct them to either view a particular webpage or download a specific PDF file. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Well @jturk1000, the first thing you should keep in mind is that you have to send your form data using Ajax requests, it can’t be a traditional form. So you have to define in your code which answers you need to redirect to specific URL.

Good look ;)
